  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and training programs.

  • Maintain employee records and HR database.
  • Support organizational development and workforce planning.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on management or supervisory roles.
  • Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
  • Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training programs.
  • Working Conditions: Generally in an office environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities: Proactive, strategic thinker, and possess a strong ethical foundation.
