وصف الوظيفة

الوصف

  • Process the after-sales service submitted by customers on the platform (cancel orders, modify address/product information, reply to logistics exceptions)
  • Import offline orders into the ERP system
  • Obtain the tracking number (process error messages related to the channel)

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor's degree or above, no major restrictions, no work experience restrictions; English classes are given priority as a working language;
  • Don't complain when encountering problems, communicate in a timely manner to solve them;
  • Have a sense of teamwork and actively assist others;
  • Hardworking and able to withstand pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to use basic office software, proficient in using WORD, EXCEL, PPT;
  • Adhere to the standard of putting customers first and completing tasks today, obey the company's work arrangements, have a sense of responsibility and 101% execution ability with a "sense of ownership".
