- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and manage candidate database and applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting and communication skills, proficiency in talent acquisition strategies, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with occasional remote work; may require flexible hours to accommodate candidate schedules.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
