  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR roles
  • Skills and Competencies:Proficient in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition
  • Experience with HRIS and People Management
  • Strong Employee Relations skills
  • Excellent communication skills
