HR RECRUITER

We’re looking for an HR Recruiter who can help build strong teams by finding, engaging, and hiring the right talent. If you’re passionate about people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from job posting and resume screening to interviews and onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and craft effective job descriptions
• Source candidates through online platforms, social media, job fairs, and other creative channels
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and other HR-related tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple job openings simultaneously
• Familiar with sourcing tools, job boards, and social media recruiting
• Goal-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati
