Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms, including social media, job boards, and LGUs, to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a diverse range of candidates.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify competitive talent pools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand specific hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Candidate Engagement: Develop relationships with passive candidates and maintain ongoing communication to keep them engaged with the company.
• Data Management: Track and analyze sourcing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Research Skills: With research abilities to identify potential candidates and understand market trends.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus and sourcing tools, as well as proficiency in using social media for recruitment.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to overcome sourcing challenges and find innovative solutions.
• Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or sourcing is required.
