An Overview of your Role

Performs talent acquisition in terms of hiring requirements for a specific job.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Partnership

Collaborating with the clients (hiring managers) in discussing the hiring requirement through calibration meetings and building good relationship through effective communication with all the hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Talent Acquisition: Calibration, Selection, Placement 

Screening qualified applicants from the pool of shortlisted candidates, based on the requisition requirements provided by the Request for Hire form. Constant communication with the candidates, starting from the Initial interviews (phone calls), administering the online assessment, setting meetings with the hiring managers (Virtual of F2F) in which meeting details are prepared in advance, until the final decision (whether candidates get rejected/accepted). Collaboration with the onboarding team once the candidate gets placed and has signed the Job Offer.

Tracker Update and Reports Generation

Updating the recruitment and sourcing trackers accurately with integrity

A Bit About You

• Candidate must be a graduate of any bachelor’s degree course;
• With at least 1-2 years relevant work experience preferably gained from the financial services and/or insurance industry.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Willing to be a Project-based employee for one (1) year.
