الوصف

  • Work with the Media team to support client accounts, agencies, and media partners
  • Track media briefs, gather client spend data, and maintain booking details
  • Enter and revise bookings in internal systems
  • Coordinate with media and finance teams to resolve billing and scheduling issues
  • Assist in developing and formatting reports and presentations
  • Maintain trackers and pacing documents, especially for TV deals and spot lists

المتطلبات

  • At least 1–2 years of administrative, operations, or media support experience (preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Highly organized and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with the Australian media industry is a plus but not required
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable WFH setup
