WHO ARE WE, WHAT DO WE DO?
We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Creative Paid Ads Strategist with expertise in both video and static ad creation and optimization. This role is crucial for driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of advertising best practices, a keen eye for design and storytelling, and the analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Influencer Management:
- Scout and identify new influencers aligned with the company
- Oversee and maintain the influencer database.
- Manage gifting and product shipments to influencers.
- Utilize both external and internal influencer tools to research and scale multi-tiered influencers.
- Maintain and update Tribe Dynamics (influencer management platform).
Campaign Execution:
- Execute and manage influencer campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Assist in creating campaign briefs that are clear, concise, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
- Source and execute commissioned influencer partnerships to support social reach, engagement, brand interest, and organic search.
- Partner Evaluation and Communication:
- Identify and evaluate potential partners based on content quality, engagement, and brand affinity.
- Keep track of influencer posts to ensure all deliverables are completed.
Operations and Administration:
- Set up processes and manage ongoing work with external product ordering teams for timely shipment fulfillment.
- Support the team with influencer contracts, ensuring a positive partner experience.
- Support the team with processing influencer payments, including vendor setup, invoice submission, and budget tracking.
- Assist with shipping, tracking, and scheduling messengers for packages.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Manage content, optimization, reporting, and analytics for influencer marketing programs.
Industry Knowledge:
- Remain at the forefront of influencer marketing trends and emerging platforms.
- Prepare quarterly trend reports summarizing key changes in the content creator space and provide recommendations.
Organization:
- Maintain a high level of organization to ensure all partnerships are executed correctly and seamlessly
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on video and static ads.
- Proficient in using advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, advertising best practices, and analytics tools.
- Excellent creative skills with a keen eye for design, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Ability to write engaging ad copy and scripts that drive action.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the beauty industry and e-commerce is a plus.
