  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications.

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience Level: 2-3 years of technical support experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, strong communication skills, and customer service-oriented.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical assistance, resolve user issues, and maintain documentation.
