• Oversee accounting operations
• Recruit, hire, and evaluate accounting staff
• Train new hires and identify training opportunities for current staff
• Manage internal controls
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Analyze and interpret financial data
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Interact with auditors
• Ensure accuracy of financial reports and statements
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process

Skills 

• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to present difficult financial information in a way that non-financial experts can understand

• BS Accountancy or Accounting courses Graduate
• At-least 3 to 5 years Supervisory experience in a Manufacturing Company set-up
• Knowledgeable in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Knowledgeable in PEZA, BIR, Payroll and Taxation
• Preferably someone who can start as soon as possible
• Willing to work in Binan Laguna
