Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Supervise and mentor finance team members to enhance productivity.
Prepare monthly financial statements and analyze variances.
Collaborate with management for budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation.
Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and payroll entries.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
Oversee cost accounting functions, including BOM (Bill of Materials), standard cost setting, and variance analysis.
Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and recommend cost reduction strategies.
Lead budgeting and forecasting activities in coordination with department heads.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Coordinate with external auditors during financial and tax audits.
Improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
Mentor and develop junior accounting staff, providing training and performance feedback.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant financial supervisory experience.
Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and excellent communication abilities.
Working Conditions: Office-based, standard working hours with occasional overtime.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong leadership skills.
