الوصف

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries with empathy and clarity.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or departments as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of conversations and outcomes in the system.
  • Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and policies when interacting with customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, first-call resolution).
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, process changes, and company updates.


المتطلبات

  • Have 2 years at least of experience in BPO handling international client (AU preferred but open to other country)
  • Willing to Train on site for 4 months
  • Open to do dayshift and hybrid after training (2-3x a week)
