الوصف

  • Review and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms, websites, or apps
  • Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content
  • Apply community guidelines and content policies consistently
  • Escalate sensitive or complex content issues to senior moderators
  • Document content violations and user behavior patterns
  • Respond to user appeals and content review requests
  • Monitor trending topics and emerging content risks
  • Collaborate with policy teams to improve content guidelines
  • Participate in training on new policies and moderation tools
  • Maintain detailed logs of moderation actions and decisions
  • Support live events and real-time content monitoring
  • Provide feedback to improve automated moderation systems

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma minimum
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and pattern recognition
  • Emotional resilience to handle disturbing or sensitive content
  • Cultural awareness and understanding of global perspectives
  • Proficiency in multiple languages may be preferred
  • Experience with social media platforms and online communities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
