  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant operational experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in operating compactors, strong safety awareness, and ability to perform routine maintenance.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Operate compactor equipment, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and perform inspections.
  • Working Conditions: Outdoor environments, exposure to loud noises and heavy machinery.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, dependable, strong communication skills, and a team player.
