  • Safely operate heavy equipment, conduct routine maintenance, and assist with site preparation.
  • Operate various heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, and backhoes.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Coordinate with team members for efficient project execution.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors and project managers.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; training in heavy equipment operation preferred.
  • Experience Level: 2-5 years of experience operating heavy machinery in construction or related fields.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operating excavators, bulldozers, and cranes; strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Working Conditions: Outdoor work in various weather conditions; may require flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, safety-focused, strong communication skills, and ability to work in teams.
