  • Design and prepare innovative menus for restaurant.
  • Manage kitchen staff and ensure high-quality food preparation.
  • Maintain inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train new cooks and develop culinary skills within the team.
  • Collaborate with management on seasonal menu changes.

المتطلبات

  • With 5-10 years of kitchen experience
  • At least 2-3 years experience as a Sous Chef
  • With proven ability to lead a team and manage kitchen operations
  • With expertise in menu development
  • Knowledgeable in costing, inventory and cost control
  • Knowledgeable in international cuisine
  • With experience in providing excellent guest service and First-Rate culinary experience
  • Can work within Quezon City area
