Teach debate skills to grades K - 5 following certain materials
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons using provided materials and teaching strategies.
Provide constructive feedback on students’ speech content, delivery, and critical thinking skills.
Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a positive learning environment

Bachelor’s degree required (graduate degree preferred). Current college students are strongly encouraged to apply.
Strongly preferred: Prior public speaking, debate, or coaching experience.
Strongly preferred: Experience teaching or coaching elementary-aged students.
Degree in Communication, Political Science, Education, Psychology, or related fields is preferred.
