Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and deliver HR solutions that support the achievement of business goals.
2. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters, covering talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee relations.
3. Drive the implementation of HR projects and initiatives, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, and employee engagement activities.
4. Analyze HR metrics and industry trends to identify optimization opportunities and devise strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
5. Lead and support change management efforts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
6. Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies, and address employee relations issues fairly and consistently.
7. Collaborate with HR colleagues to share best practices and support the development and execution of the company’s overall HR strategy.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Practical experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with a deep understanding of HR best practices and labor regulations.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all organizational levels.
4. Proven experience in recruiting for diverse roles, including but not limited to Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D.
5. Strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities, with a track record of aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
6. Solid analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven HR decisions.
7. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
