The Influencer Outreach & Social Media Manager role manages influencer and affiliate programs, drives TikTok Shop growth, and oversees daily social media activities — ensuring that every caption, collaboration, and campaign reflects our brand’s confident, warm, and intentional voice. You’ll bridge creativity and strategy, combining influencer management, content planning, and data-driven insights to grow community engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and onboard influencers who align with Lux & Nyx’s brand values and aesthetic.
• Manage gifting, content briefs, approvals, and performance tracking of influencer campaigns.
• Build and maintain a segmented influencer database to monitor ROI and engagement.
• Set up and manage TikTok Shop and affiliate programs through TikTok Creator Marketplace or Shopify Collabs.
• Write and edit social captions, influencer briefs, and community replies in the Lux & Nyx tone.
• Plan and execute weekly social media campaigns aligned with product launches and marketing goals.
• Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Foster long-term influencer relationships and maintain a consistent, premium brand presence across all platforms.



Qualifications:

• 3–5 years experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or brand copywriting (fashion/lifestyle/D2C brand experience preferred).
• Proficient with TikTok Creator Marketplace, Shopify Collabs, Canva, CapCut, Klaviyo (basic), Metricool/Later/Planoly, and Google Sheets for ROI analysis.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills; ability to adapt to the Lux & Nyx tone (confident, composed, and premium).
• Organized, proactive, empathetic, and able to balance creativity with strategic judgment
