【Job Responsibilities】

1. Oversee the overall operation of the P2P trading platform, including activity planning, merchant management, and user growth;
2. Plan and execute various user-side growth activities to enhance user acquisition and conversion;
3. Analyze operational data and regularly provide market feedback and operational optimization suggestions;
4. Establish a merchant recruitment and tier system to improve merchant activity and quality;
5. Continuously optimize the P2P trading process experience, including the ordering process, risk control pathways, and complaint handling;
6. Coordinate with product, risk control, and technical teams to drive continuous optimization of P2P products.
