Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for user growth and engagement operations in financial services, planning and executing trading competitions, user acquisition campaigns, community events, etc.

- Oversee the full lifecycle of operational projects, coordinating resources across product, development, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

- Develop and optimize operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); adept at leveraging AI tools to enhance operational efficiency (content production, data analysis, user insights, etc.).

- Optimize the user conversion funnel to improve conversion rates at each stage, from registration to funding to trading.

- Monitor operational data, produce post-mortem reports, and continuously iterate to refine operational strategies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 2 years of internet operations experience; financial industry experience preferred.

- Strong organizational and management skills, capable of independently overseeing cross-functional projects and driving efficient collaboration.

- Highly results-oriented with strong execution capabilities; adaptable to a fast-paced environment and committed to meeting targets and delivering results.

- Proficient in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to support daily operations; candidates with practical AI-driven efficiency improvement cases preferred.

- Data-sensitive, capable of identifying issues and driving optimizations through data analysis.
