2. Core Responsibilities (Coordination-Oriented)

1. Overall operations strategy and cadence planning

2. Campaign and growth mechanism design (beyond single events)

3. Coordination of operational resources and cross-team collaboration

4. Operational data analysis and review processes

5. Risk awareness and cost control (exchange-specific requirements)

3. Qualifications

Required

• Experience operating exchange, derivatives, or high-frequency trading products
• Hands-on understanding of trading products, with clear insights into their mechanics
• Strong end-to-end operations coordination skills, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and be accountable for results
• Results-driven mindset, continuously iterating operational strategies based on data and targets

Preferred

• Previous experience as head of operations or operations coordinator at a small-to-medium exchange or a high-growth platform
• Proven track record driving growth from 0 to 1 or from 1 to 10
