Description
- Represent the company in Labor, Criminal, and Civil Litigation cases
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and cross-border transactions
- Provide legal advice on compliance, risk management, and corporate governance
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory agencies as needed
- Prepare and file necessary legal documents and pleadings
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations
- Support management in decision-making through clear, practical legal guidance
- Must be a Philippine Bar passer (Underbar experience will not be counted)
- Minimum of 2–3 years law firm experience as a practicing Lawyer
- Proven expertise in Labor, Criminal, and Civil Litigation
- Strong background in contract drafting, review, and negotiations
- Excellent understanding of corporate and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
