We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive/Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities in the marketing domain, including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee corporate marketing platforms, including website management, eNewsletter distribution, Social Media presence, and coordinating Exhibition/Roadshows.
• Design, develop, and maintain marketing collaterals such as datasheets, brochures, posters, and exhibition designs to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
• Execute tasks using CRM, ERP, and cloud workflow systems to streamline marketing operations.
• Take charge of the new eCommerce website, manage product mix, oversee order fulfilment, and optimize logistics for efficient operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in marketing-related roles, preferably with exposure to multiple facets of marketing platforms and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher, and/or Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
• Strong copywriting skills and an understanding of design principles are essential.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies is a significant advantage.
• Willingness to embrace and adapt to new skills and technologies, demonstrating a proactive attitude toward learning.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
