  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of customer service experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
