- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain satisfaction.
- Provide product information and support to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a team player.
- Working Conditions: Office or remote environment, regular business hours, may include weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, patience, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
