Key Responsibilities 

• Provide internal consulting to enhance team performance, processes, and business efficiencies. 
• Deliver external consulting to clients, including business analysis, solution recommendations, and strategic advisory. 
• Lead consulting engagements across software product and enterprise transformation projects. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, develop improvement strategies, and implement solutions. 
• Support business planning, performance optimization, and organizational decision-making. 
• Ensure high client satisfaction through structured problem-solving and value-driven consulting. 

Required Qualifications 

• Education: MBA/PGDM in any specialization. 
• Experience: 5–10 years in business consulting, internal consulting, or strategy roles. 
• Strong communication, analytical, and client-handling skills.
