Job Overview:

1. Participate in the entire testing process, including requirement analysis, design reviews, developing test plans, designing and executing test cases, defect tracking, and software quality analysis.

2. Responsible for internal organization or management tasks, take charge of or organize the development of testing technical plans, system deployment planning, diagnosis and resolution of major software testing issues, and conduct preliminary research and promotion of new technologies.

3. Handle emergencies and abnormal issues according to departmental internal processes, act as the lead for large-scale testing efforts.

4. Summarize, write, and revise testing processes and standards, participate in the formulation and review of software testing work standards, and coordinate with developers to promote system operability stability and improvement.

5. Summarize software testing technical knowledge and experience, be responsible for internal technical training within the team, and guide the technical work of others.
