Job Responsibilities

• Design an overseas hierarchical agency system to promote global user growth and large R conversion
• Optimize the overseas agent viral growth incentive model, taking into account both growth effectiveness and compliance
• Integrate overseas social media platforms/localized channel resources and guide the team to successfully implement the agency viral growth model
• Monitor and analyze viral growth data, and dynamically adjust rebate rules and operation strategies;

Job Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience in channel expansion operation, with successful overseas market cases preferred
• Be capable of independently establishing a compliant agency system and designing a viral revenue-sharing logic that suits local conditions
• Possess the ability to reach high-net-worth users and be proficient in local community operation
• Understanding the Web3 industry enables the transfer of domestic experience to the overseas Token economy
