医療ヘルスケア領域のPM


医療業界向けのシステム開発におけるプロジェクトマネージャー（PM）の職種に携わっていただきます。


具体的には医薬、医療機器、ヘルスケア領域の顧客に対してシステム提案、ビジネス分析、要求定義、顧客折衝、チームコミュニケーションなど上流設計とプロジェクト管理全般をお任せします。メンバーとグローバルONE TEAMで協力しながら開発を進めていきます。

マネージャーの役職以上は、人員リソースや収支の管理業務も担当していただきます。


Requirements

【必須条件】

・医療ヘルスケア分野のシステム開発のPM経験。

・システム開発目安5年以上


日本語N1以上、日本在住


【歓迎条件】

・オフショア開発の経験がある方

・ITアーキテクトの経験がある方


Working Hours:

Fixed Schedule·00:00-00:00·（所定労働時間：8時間0分、休憩時間：60分） ・時間外労働：あり（平均月12時間程度）

Holidays and Work Styles:

Full Two-Day Weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays Off)

Social Insurance:

Health Insurance·Welfare Pension Insurance·Employment Insurance·Workers' Compensation Insurance

Period of Contract:

Non-fixed
