We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join the team in Al Musairiey Metallic Industries Co. in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality assurance and control processes, with specific expertise in ERW pipe mill operations or similar manufacturing environments. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, maintaining quality records, and ensuring compliance with international standards and ISO 9001:2015.

• Perform inspection activities independently at various stages of production.
• Prepare detailed inspection and non-conformance reports.
• Ensure effective control of non-conforming products and quality records.
• Conduct calibration of measuring instruments such as micrometers, Vernier calipers, and steel measuring tapes.
• Carry out Zinc coating and mechanical tests including flattening and bend tests.
• Implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015 documentation and related quality systems.
• Present data analysis and participate in management review meetings.
• Utilize Oracle applications for quality documentation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with various international standards including ASTM, JIS, and others.
• Use and maintain modern measuring instruments and gauges for inspection and testing.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERW pipe mill or a related manufacturing industry.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ASTM, JIS, and other international quality standards.
• Proficient in using latest measurement tools and gauges.
• Experienced in ISO 9001:2015 documentation and implementation.
• Familiarity with Oracle applications for documentation and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
