  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Perform clerical duties, including filing and data entry.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and proficiency in help desk operations.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage front desk operations, greet clients, handle inquiries, and maintain records.
