Description
- Prepare, edit, and maintain technical documents and manuals.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity of documentation.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information.
- Manage document version control and updates.
- Assist in developing templates and standardized documentation processes.
- Support training sessions and provide documentation assistance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in a relevant field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in documentation or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong written communication, organizational skills, data analysis, scheduling, time management, proficiency in MS Office, data entry, and analytical skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require sitting for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
