Description
- Identify and onboard trading KOLs, communities, and professional traders
- Establish and maintain partnerships with signal groups and cryptocurrency communities
- Conduct cold outreach to drive potential partner negotiations
- Assist in designing and executing referral, commission, and promotional campaigns
- Track and analyze trends in the cryptocurrency industry and competitor activities
- Collaborate with multiple teams including marketing, product, and customer service to optimize the onboarding process
- Monitor and report on partnership effectiveness and user engagement
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partner management
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency trading, exchange ecosystems, and KOL operational mechanisms
- Active in or familiar with community tools such as Twitter, Telegram, and Discord
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, possessing a "hunter" mentality, and eager to initiate collaborations
- Proficient in both Chinese and English communication preferred
