【Job Description】

As a Rust Engineer, you will be involved in the development and maintenance of our company's service network, focusing on building secure, scalable, and privacy-centric blockchain solutions.

【Specific Responsibilities】

・Design of Backend Architecture

　- Design and implement a robust and scalable backend system that supports transaction processing, block generation, and decentralization

　- Make appropriate architectural decisions from the perspective of security, performance, and privacy

・Development and Maintenance

　- Develop and maintain nodes using Rust, implementing core functions such as transaction processing, block generation, and node decentralization

・Database Management

　- Integrate PostgreSQL to achieve secure and efficient data storage and retrieval

　- Ensure the performance and reliability of database operations within the nodes

・Security

　- Implement security processes that include detecting and addressing potential vulnerabilities to enhance code safety

　- Implement secure access controls to the database to prevent unauthorized access

　- Conduct regular security audits to minimize the risks of unauthorized access and data breaches

・Testing and Debugging

　- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the stability and performance of distributed nodes

・Performance Optimization

　- Continuously monitor and improve node performance and scalability

　- Identify bottlenecks within the system and optimize as necessary

【Required Skills and Experience】

- Extensive practical experience in backend development using Rust (proficient in system-level programming)

- Proven track record in designing and optimizing large-scale backend architectures

- Knowledge of database systems such as PostgreSQL (including query optimization and schema design)

- Experience in performance profiling and enhancing scalability

- Business-level Japanese language skills

※ Communication in the workplace will primarily be conducted via chat, so being able to read and write is sufficient.

- Experience working in Japan or at a Japanese company (understanding of Japanese business culture and etiquette)

- Residents of Japan or those who can work during daytime hours (Japan time) in the same time zone
