Description
- Create Accounts Payable Vouchers and prepare EWT for purchases or payments made by the team
- Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents
- Reconciling bank statements and resolving any discrepancies
- Supports the Finance Team in financial reporting and compliances such as preparation of VAT Relief, EWT and similar BIR Forms
- Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed
- Adhering to all relevant accounting standards and regulations
Requirements
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar field
- Willing to be trained in Quickbooks and Accounting Processes
- Can communicate both in Filipino and English Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality
- Willing to work with shifting schedule [weekends]
