We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist with proven experience in technical website optimization and SEO strategy (minimum 3+ years). This role is critical in ensuring our clients’ websites achieve optimal performance, security, compliance, and visibility across search engines and AI-driven platforms.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on expertise with SEO tools, and the ability to implement full-scale optimization strategies.

• Website Optimization for Performance
• Minify code, compress pages, optimize code and servers.
• Ensure fast-loading, high-performing website pages.
• Accessibility & Compliance
• Modify websites to meet WCAG accessibility standards.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and CCPA privacy requirements.
• Security
• Implement and maintain the highest website security standards.
• Search Engine Optimization
• Improve visibility for traditional search engines (Google, Bing, etc.).
• Optimize websites for AI-driven and generative search platforms.
• Submit websites to online directories.
• Link-Building & Backlink Strategy
• Facilitate and build high-quality backlinks as part of ongoing SEO efforts.
• SEO Tools & Analytics
• Utilize tools such as Screaming Frog, AHREFS, and Search Atlas to monitor and improve SEO performance.

• Minimum 3+ years of proven SEO experience, with a strong track record of technical optimization.
• Proficiency in website performance optimization, accessibility, and compliance standards.
• Hands-on expertise with Screaming Frog, AHREFS, Search Atlas (or similar SEO tools).
• Deep knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and AI-driven search.
