1. Digital Marketing & Promotions

• Manage and update social media accounts (Facebook Page, Marketplace, Ads, etc.).
• Create marketing content such as product posts, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities and propose strategic marketing approaches.

2. Market Research & Branding

• Conduct research on competitor pricing, trends, and marketing strategies.
• Propose ideas for branding improvements and campaign effectiveness.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any related field (preferred but not strictly required if with strong experience).

Technical Skills

• Proficient in social media management (Facebook Pages, Marketplace, Ads, etc.).
• Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
• Basic understanding of content creation, online advertising, and lead generation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace for reporting and documentation.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written, English and Filipino).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills for client interactions.
• Ability to analyze competitors’ marketing strategies and adapt accordingly.
• Must be detail-oriented, creative, and resourceful in creating promotions and campaigns.
