Lighting Sales Associate

The Lighting Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales by providing exceptional customer service, expert design advice, and technical guidance on lighting, lamps, and chandelier products. Manages the full sales cycle from initial consultation to order placement and after-sales support, while maintaining a visually appealing, high-end showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Knows how to welcome clients, builders, and interior designers, and assist them in selecting lighting products that fit functional needs and aesthetic preferences.
• Can provide technical information about lighting products.
• Knows how to prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and lead times.
• Knows how to maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, contractors, and potential interior designers for commercial and residential projects.
• At least high school graduate, with at least months of experience in retail sales.
• Basic understanding of design principles or lighting technology is a plus.
• Exceptional professional skills are required.
