1. Educational Background

• Degree in Business Administration/Management

2. Administrative Skills

• Proficiency in office software such as MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.

3. Communication Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Can communicate professionally with clients, team members, and other stakeholders

4. Attention to Detail

• Accuracy in handling data, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation

5. Customer Service

• Ability to provide courteous and effective customer service
• Responding to inquiries and issues in a timely manner

6. Time Management

• Efficiently managing time to meet deadlines and complete tasks promptly
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings

7. Team Collaboration

• Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team, toll manufacturer, and other departments
• Providing support to the sales team

11. Record Keeping

• Maintaining accurate and organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information

• Willing to be assigned outside Metro Manila
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, housekeeping and janitorial suppliers, carbon fibers, and epoxies for construction industries
