  • The role involves providing initial solutions, after-sales support, and resolving customer issues in alignment with company values.
  • Also includes regular reporting, team collaboration, and maintaining professional business relationships to support ongoing and future sales efforts.
  • A graduate of Business Courses, Marketing, Engineering, or any Technical courses.
  • Self-motivated and able to plan activities.
  • Sales skills with strong communication skills (oral and verbal), interpersonal and customer service.
  • Ability to relate technical information to non-technical clients.
  • Ability to build relationship quickly and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to persuade clients that our product or services will best satisfy their requirements.
