  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain their shopping needs
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and assist customers in making purchase decisions
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Maintain clean and organized sales floor and displays
  • Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals
  • Stay informed on promotions, policies, and product information

المتطلبات

  • High school graduate
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
