الوصف

  • Manage and file purchase orders and delivery receipts, ensuring timely processing and proper documentation
  • Process and generate barcodes for items scheduled for delivery to stores ensuring accuracy and alignment with inventory and logistics systems
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to support timely order fulfillment and delivery
  • Coordinate with sales associates regarding deliveries, stock movements, promotional setups, and product availability at store level
  • Prepare weekly store delivery and pull-out schedules based on submitted purchase orders and pull-out forms from sales associates, ensuring alignment with inventory and logistics
  • Supporting the team with any additional administrative tasks as required

المتطلبات

  • Job Title: Sales Assistant
  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in customer inquiries, maintain accurate reports, and coordinate sales activities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, regular working hours with potential for overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, friendly, team-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
