Location: Remote


The Quality Assurance Officer will oversee and optimize the quality of services provided by our travel consultants. This role’s primary task is to ensure that the services provided by travel consultants consistently meet and exceed quality standards. Through meticulous auditing and feedback, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in travel services


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular and thorough audits of all travel consultants' work by evaluating various aspects such as booking processes, customer interactions, documentation, and service quality.
  • Identify discrepancies, errors, or areas for improvement through detailed analysis.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to consultants based on audit findings.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and does weekly reporting of summarized audit findings, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Present insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Experience in BPO, particularly in conducting call audits, is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and coach individuals toward improvement.
  • Proficient in English language.
  • Thorough understanding of travel industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
