* Source out and negotiates with potential materials supplier's except for the items that are supplied by customer pre approved vendors.

* Control and directly coordinates to suppliers for the verification of quotation, quality of items and unit cost before the preparation of Purchase Order.

* Responsible for the preparation of any Purchase Order requested from other department.

* Any changes of requested items for each Sections should be permitted by the immediate superior.

* All documents required should be updated daily.

* Verifies the schedule of delivery for every Purchase Order.

* Directly coordinates with Material Control and Warehouse Department in terms of incoming direct materials.

* Responsible for noting the supplier's evaluation Audit.

* Prepare Sales Invoice, D.R. and P.O for the processing of payment to be submitted at the accounting department.

* Representative to communicate to customer, local suppliers and other purchasing staff.

* Perform related duties as may be assigned by the Top Management.

- Must be graduate of any (4) year course

- Preferably computer literate.

- Must have good spoken and written communication skills

- Can perform under pressure.
