الوصف

  • Coordinate and manage the implementation of the International Safety Management (ISM) Code across maritime operations.
  • Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and safety standards as set by local and international authorities.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of safety management systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to safety management and administrative processes.
  • Facilitate training and awareness programs for staff regarding ISM Code and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and implementation of safety measures.
  • Act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of required reports and documentation.


المتطلبات

  • Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5-10 years) in maritime administration or safety management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the ISM Code and maritime safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using safety management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and preferably in a Southeast Asian language.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
