الوصف

  • Supervise and monitor the operational performance of vessels under the company's fleet.
  • Ensure vessels comply with international maritime regulations, safety codes, and environmental guidelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vessels and manage maintenance schedules.
  • Oversee vessel loading and unloading procedures to ensure they are carried out safely and in compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of vessels to meet company schedules and objectives.
  • Monitor the performance and safety standards of onboard crew members.
  • Ensure crew is adequately trained and maintains certifications as per regulatory requirements.
  • Address crew concerns, resolve any conflicts, and ensure the team is motivated and operating efficiently.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance crew knowledge of safety protocols, vessel operation, and maintenance.



المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in marine operations are preferred.
  • Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of experience in marine or dock services.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of marine equipment, safety protocols, and basic maintenance skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Load and unload cargo, maintain dock equipment, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Must work outdoors in varying weather conditions and operate heavy machinery.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong teamwork, adaptability, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
