A Psychometrician is responsible for administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological tests and assessments. They assist in evaluating mental health, cognitive abilities, personality traits, and emotional functioning. Psychometricians often work under the supervision of licensed psychologists in clinics, schools, hospitals, or HR departments. They also contribute to research, data analysis, and report preparation.

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge in psychological testing and ethical standards
• Licensed Psychometrician (must have passed the PRC Board Exam)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field
• Knowledge in psychological testing and interpretation
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ethical standards in psychological practice
• Experience in counseling or assessments (preferred but not always required
