Conducting legal research using various sources, including statutes, case law, and legal databases, to gather information for attorneys.
Preparing legal documents like contracts, briefs, pleadings, and other court filings.
Organizing and maintaining case files, including documents, exhibits, and other materials.
Assisting attorneys with trial preparation by assembling exhibits, organizing witness binders, and preparing for depositions.
Communicating with clients to gather information, explain legal processes, and provide updates on cases.
Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating with other professionals in the legal field.
Investigating facts, gathering evidence, and interviewing witnesses.
Preparing and filing legal documents with the court.
Staying current with changes in legal regulations and providing updates to attorneys.

Preparing contracts, briefs, and other legal documents for court filings or client use.

Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field such as Political Science or Criminal Justice.
Certification or associate’s degree in paralegal studies
A minimum experience of two years in a paralegal role
Investigative mind and strong research skills
Working knowledge legal database software
Experience in preparing legal reports
Excellent communication and time management skills
